Other Machines is Michael Olsen. New sounds are the motivators. There will be many forms but there will remain a consistent approach. Olsen and company have continued to develop new forms through open experimentation and homage to influences that range from respected electronic artists to environmental ambiance. The sound here is a mix of electronica, polyrhythms and “generated” vocal lines. This is a focus on the “now”…. The power of the present moment. No pretense, no master plan.
